Best Day's Kölsch is light, crisp, and easy drinking with a nice toasty malt character and lighter hopping. We use a combination of Cologne and Pilsner Malts and Hallertau Traditional hops to create a refreshingly complex Kölsch-style ale. The crisp and clean finish leaves you wanting another sip.
Pairs well with: Sunshine, Trailheads, Fish Tacos.

Refreshing. Crisp. Clean finish. One of the best I've ever had. Virtually any beer drinker would enjoy this. You could serve this in a bar and I bet you would be hard-pressed to find someone who could peg it as an NA. Tastes like an excellent Kolsch because it *is* an excellent Kolsch.

First off, Killjoy is a treat. I tried several brands of beer based on the recommendation of the very knowledgeable clerk. The Kolsch was fantastic, crisp and tasty, there is no way you would know this had no alcohol.
