Sovi is a California-born, family-owned business founded by a couple dedicated to crafting inclusive, high-quality choices for wine lovers, with or without the alcohol. We love the convenience of the iconic Sovi can; better yet, it’s an intentional, eco-friendly alternative to traditional glass bottles. The Red Blend is a soft, partially aged blend of Syrah, Malbec, Petite Sirah and other red grape varieties sourced from Clarksburg AVA, California. The region’s balmy days and cool winds from the San Pablo Bay create optimal conditions for ripe flavor and crisp acidity. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel and partially aged in French and American oak barrels. Gentle vacuum distillation dealcoholizes the wine before a final touch of grape juice is added to balance flavor without any added sugar.
